Prior to moving to Colorado in 2004, Kay owned and operated a successful fine art galley and framing business in Kansas CIty. Kay began working with Joan Sapiro in 2004 and acquired the firm shortly after.
Kay is a member of The Colorado Business Committee for the Arts and International Association of Professional Art Historians. Her educational background includes extensive undergraduate and post-graduate studies in art history at the University of Kansas and the University of Missouri-Kansas City
Kelli has almost 20 years of experience working in the auction, not-for-profit, and corporate art spaces She worked for Christie's Auction House, The Art Institute of Chicago, and Denver Art Museum before joining Sapiro Art Consultants in 1995.
Kelli earned her bacehlor or arts in photography and museum studies from Columbia College in Chicago. She balances her time at Sapiro Art Consultants with her role as mother to three active alpine ski racing children.
Liz began her career organizaing international fine art fairs wtih Sanford Smith & Associates in New York City before returning to her native state of Colorado in 2002. Liz is formerly with McGrath & Braun Art Consultants.
Liz has a bachelor of arts in art history from the University of Virginia and studied Renaissance and Baroque art in Rome and Florence with the University of Colorado. Liz is a graduate of the CBCA Leadership Arts Program and is an active board member with Think 360 Arts Education.
Chris has a diverse professional background with experience working in allied health, education and hospitality. She has lived in Seattle, Chicago, and Denver. Chris spent four years as a concierge, guiding visitors to the local museums and galleries. She is now immersed in the art world on a daily basis managing our artist database and the office. She is a graduate of the University of Kansas.
